Sublime white sand beaches and the vast variety of colorful corals will attract you to dive/explore in the Andaman Ocean completely at Havelock Island. It is the most popular destination among tourists. Havelock island attracts all kind of tourist whether they are adventure lovers or lazy beach bums, it has something to offer for everyone.
Radhanagar Beach

It is one of the finest beaches in Asia as per Time Magazine and it is indeed true as we visited the beach. Long coastline and finest quality white sand with deep blue waters set a perfectly picturesque setting. Once we entered the beach, tall Sea Mahua trees welcomed us. We walked on the sand which was glowing in the sunlight. There were changing rooms and shacks with benches there for tourist to relax and enjoy. The best part was, it was a long beach with less crowd, no shopkeepers were allowed to enter the beach area. The view was scenic as kids were playing with sand, foreigner couples were playing with a ball and many families were enjoy the view while others were going to play and swim in the deep blue waters.
After a few family pics, we all changed and walked into the waters. It was shallow but the waves were very strong and high. Whenever the high tide comes, waves were cuddling us like they will take you along them and pushing us few meters. I was with kids so I decided not to walk very far but others were going little far and swimming with waves.

Kids were enjoying very much so do I. The salty water was going in our mouth and eyes whenever waves cuddle us. After playing for an hour or two and carefully observing the rhythmic motion of waves I was once again filled with gratitude in front of the immense power of nature. Now it was sunset time and its view was spectacular from the beach. The sun was immersed in the sea making the sky orangish and turning the deep blue waters into purplish and orangish color. The complete picture was feeling like a canvas filled with colors. After enjoying the sunset we came out and on the roadside, there are lots of small shops for snacks like tea- bhajia, cold drinks, chips, fruit chat, raw mango with masala, bhelpuri etc. There are some clothes shops also where you can buy swimming shorts and t.shirts.
After that, we returned to our hotel. You can get easily vegetarian meal daal-chawal-roti-sabji in Andaman. Just you have to wait for little long as they will start preparing it once they get the order.

Elephanta Beach
From Havelock Jetty, it was around 30 minutes ride to reach Elephanta beach. Once you reach a beach you are known by your boat name. This beach is one of the finest and beautiful beach in Andaman with teal shallows and silky sand beaches.

We did snorkeling here and the experience was awesome as you can watch more variety of fishes. After 2-3 hours we have to return, changing rooms and small shop is there as you can get tea, cold drink, chips, biscuits, coconut water.
